Breakfast
For breakfast you can choose from a seasonal organic products buffet from our own vegetable patch and small local producers. You can have your breakfast in the indoors dining room or outdoors on the patio in the shade of the Pergola and ash trees.
The outdoor kitchen
Our new outdoor kitchen is located in the garden next to the natural swimming pool, between the forest and the riding stables.
You can prepare lunches, dinners, barbecues and aperitifs outdoors under the mainsail of a historic Lake Garda sailing boat to which we wanted to give a second life.
It is a fully equipped kitchen with:
- 2 large fridges
- hob with electric plates
- pots, glasses and crockery
- bbq
The use of the kitchen is included in the price.
EV charging and secure e-bike storage
At Casa Viva, you can explore the area in a lighter, more sustainable way — starting with how you move. For guests arriving with an electric car, we provide a reserved EV charging station: a Fronius wallbox with cable included, powered also by the solar energy produced by our photovoltaic system.
For those travelling by bicycle or e-bike, we have created a closed and secure e-bike storage area, accessible only to guests, with an alarm system, bike racks and dedicated sockets for e-bike charging. The space can accommodate at least 10 bicycles and allows up to 6 e-bikes to charge at the same time: ideal for setting off each day to discover Lake Garda, Monte Baldo and the outdoor routes nearby.
A service designed for those looking for a freer, more active and conscious holiday, with the peace of mind of finding, on return, a carefully designed space where you can store your bike, recharge your e-bike and set off again with renewed energy.
Our Natural Swimming Pool
Near your room you will find the pure water of our Natural Swimming Pool, “Leela”. A Natural swimming pool is an ecosystem balance of plants, lotuses and water lilies. Swimming in water that has been cleaned and re-oxygenised only by plants give you more energy straight away.
The Riding Stables
On our land, a short distance from your room, you will find our Riding Stables with numerous horses and ponies. We can arrange lessons for beginners and experts of the English riding style and summer camps.
