You can walk or cycle from the houses to go trekking or on a mountain bike tour of Monte Baldo which is known as Hortus Europae for the richness of its wonderful flora: the first climbing faces are 10 minutes away and the \u2018Ca\u2019 degli Ulivi\u2019 Golf Club is 200m metres from us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou won\u2019t fall in love with Baldo just for its famous views. To Live Baldo means to kneel to photograph the flowers, inspect fossils, visit the mountain huts, see Chamois in the dawn and to be spellbound by the awesome mountain ridges. Baldo is proud of its name and wants to be discovered.\u00a0 To know it well, you need to be at every height, every season and on every slope.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We organise riding lessons and a summer camp, we work with local experts and alpine guides, we organise parascending flights, canyoning, climbing course, trekking on Monte Baldo and trips to the Molini valleys which are a protected zone of great natural interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you prefer going to the beach, to dive in its fresh waters or go sailing or kayaking, you can get to the town of Garda on foot, by bike or by the local bus service which stops close by to Casa Viva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Culture, Art and Tradition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The scents, tastes and traditions of Lake Garda will transport you to the \u201cDolce Vita\u201d of Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The small towns of Brenzone sul Garda, the quarters of San Zeno di Montagna, the Castle at Malcesine, Torri and Lazise, the Wine and Oil museums at Bardolino, the lemon groves and the winding streets of Limone sul Garda, the panoramic views from Tremosine and the Forra path, the Punta San Vigilio promontory are all to be seen at least once in a life-time.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Verona is a beautiful city of Art, known thanks also to the Shakespeare masterpiece Romeo and Juliet.\u00a0 You should visit the Arena and the Romano Theatre, go to a classic or modern dance performance, experience the Lyric Festival in the Arena which has brought Opera (for example, Aida, Carmen, Turandot and Nabucco) to us all since 1913. This splendid city is only 35km from us (20 minutes by car).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great food<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Near us you will find Agriturisms, pizzerias and restaurants which you can easily walk to: we will be happy to advise you about the best places to eat in this area, including vegetarian and vegan food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
